Parent-teacher conferences will be held Monday, November 9 through Tuesday, November 24th for all students in TK - 5th grade. During these conference days, your child may have an adjusted synchronous (live on Zoom) schedule as teachers may need to adjust their daily schedule to the minimum synchronous minutes required (TK-K= 80 min, 1st-3rd= 120 min, 4th-5th= 130 min) to allow for conferences and assessments. Teachers and I ask that you make every effort to keep your conference appointment. This conference is an essential and invaluable part of our reporting procedure. The information which you and the teacher exchange is important to your child’s continued progress. Please remember that each teacher must hold many conferences during these two weeks with each being scheduled for 20-30 minutes in length. If you cannot attend your conference, contact your teacher as soon as possible.
Information about report cards- You will receive your child's report card either at your conference or by November 24. Due to the limitations of remote instruction, there may be some material teachers have covered but may have not been able to fully assess. If that is the case, they will be a N/A for "Not Assessed” listed. Please contact me if you have questions about the temporary changes to our elementary report cards.
