BIKEMOBILE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 1 (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM)—OV PLAYGROUND After such a great Bike to School Day this month, we want to see more students and parents riding their bikes to Ocean View! We know bikes need maintenance and your days are busy. That’s why we’ve invited the BikeMobile to provide free bike tune ups for all parents, students and teachers at our school! On Friday, June 1, the BkeMobile will come to the playground at 3:30 pm, and stay until 7 PM (the Aloha Potluck will start at 6 PM that same day.) The skilled and friendly bike mechanics can fix flat tires, adjust brakes and gears, and even replace broken or worn out parts like chains, seats, and tires. The only thing they can’t do is replace missing wheels or gears. Even if you don't have your bike with you, everyone is welcome to come and learn about how to keep your bike running smoothly, how to ride safely, and more! This is a first come, first serve event. The BikeMobile can only guarantee getting to the first 20 bikes that sign-up at the van, so please come early!
