5TH GRADE PARENTS--PUBERTY ED. PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT--TUE., MAY 1ST (6:00 PM – 7:30 PM)
An information evening will be held for all elementary 5th grade parents (no children please) at Marin Elementary in the Multi-Purpose Room. Ivy Chen, our Puberty Educator, will host this evening to share information about the curriculum that will be taught to your 5th graders at the end of May. Ms. Chen is a sexuality health educator, and has been working with Bay Area communities for the last twenty years. This will be the 17th year that she has taught puberty education to the 5th graders of Ocean View, Cornell, and Marin Schools. Ivy will follow up with digital handouts for anyone who is not able to make the meeting. Please be sure to join her if you have any questions at all about the program.
