AEF SCOOPS FOR SCHOOLS--THIS SUNDAY, APRIL 29TH, AT 2 PM--ALBANY COMMUNITY CENTER
1247 Marin Ave, the Albany Education Foundation presents their annual Ice Cream Social. Throughout the year AEF solicits donations from parents and community members which are used for new teacher grants, field trip grants, mini grants, and Sally Outis block grants. Scoops for Schools is a “Thank you” to the community for all of your support. This is a FREE event. Performances: Mary Stocker with vocal groups at 2-2:40 pm and the AHS Jazz Combo at 3-3:30 pm. AEF is grateful for many years of support by Matt and Marcie Wyss of Serves You Right Catering. This year, Daniel Winkler Realty and Belmont Village have stepped up to sponsor this event, and provide the ice cream, toppings, etc. Cookies provided by community volunteers.
