In preparation for Dia de los Muertos, Familias Latinas de Albany is also hosting a craft event where families can paint picture frames, create paper marigolds, and other crafts. This event is open to everyone in the district and is a great way to learn about the meaning of Dia de los Muertos and items commonly used on altars. The Dia de los Muertos craft event will be next Friday, 10/23 at 6pm in Ocean View's MPR.
