Donations Welcome!
Each week, over 550 students make use of our Library’s books and materials. Like most things, over time, the books get worn out and need repair or replacement. In addition, new books are published, and information changes and we want our students to have access to the most up-to-date resources that we can. ALL funding for library books in our School District comes from grants and fundraising done primarily through Book Fairs or direct donations from families or community members. If you would like to make a direct donation to the Library to help purchase new books, you can write a check to Albany Unified School District (AUSD) and write Ocean View Library on the memo line of the check. You can also donate online through MySchoolBucks.

Library Lunch Program
We host between 60–100 1st-5th Grade Students in the Library during lunch recess every day. During the Library Lunch Program, students are welcome to read, play chess, checkers, board games, card games, draw, collage, build with Lego, dominoes, solve puzzles, and more. To keep the program running we welcome donations of the following lightly used or new items:
