Regarding: Valerie Williams, New Superintendent
The Board of Education is scheduled to approve the employment contract for Valerie Williams for the position of Superintendent at the 4/22/14 Board meeting at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Ms. Williams will attend the meeting, therefore although it is not an officially scheduled meet and greet, it provides an opportunity for parents, staff, and the community to briefly meet her.

Official meet and greet opportunities with parents, staff, and the community will be scheduled and advertised under the “New Superintendent Information” section that will be on the AUSD website. Ms. Williams’ bio will be placed on the website, along with additional information on her transition to Albany as it becomes available.
