AERIES PORTAL: In an ongoing effort to reduce AUSD’s carbon footprint, electronic 2013-2014 Back to School Information is available on each school’s website. This option is designed to make the process more convenient for families while reducing costs and saving valuable resources. With the electronic option, only one “Acknowledgment Form” is required to be printed, signed, and returned to the school. If you do not have your Permanent ID and Verification Code, please come to the Ocean View office. Printed copies of the 2013-2014 Back to School Packets will be available for those who do not have internet access. For the following reasons, it is very important that parents log in to, or create, their AUSD Parent Portal account:
- to update emergency contact information
- to update Directory/Release Authorization
- to update Medical Conditions
- to download and review the AUSD Parent packet
- to download and review the Ocean View Parent Handbook/Information
- to download, sign and return the Acknowledgement Form to the Ocean View School Office
