In Albany and at Ocean View School students are planning and getting their costumes ready. This year we will celebrate on Wednesday, October 31st, with our annual parade down Jackson Street through the U.C. Village. Please do not wear costumes to school; students should bring costumes to change into after lunch for the festivities. However, please help your child remember that we do NOT want anything too scary or bloody and please no weapons or costumes that involve weapons. Your help is appreciated. The celebration begins at 12:55 on the playground; the parade begins at 1:05 (last approximately 20-25 minutes). Parents and family are welcome to join us. We could use Parent Helpers to supervise the route; if you would like to help, check in at the school office that day at 12:45 pm. Remember--we will be having our normal Wednesday schedule on October 31st.
