PARENT EDUCATION EVENING ON TUESDAY, 10/22, AT THE ALBANY MIDDLE SCHOOL: Parenting in an Image-Obsessed World: Helping Children Develop Positive Relationships with their Bodies, Food, and Exercise. Join The Body Positive’s Co-Founder Elizabeth Scott, LCSW, to explore the impact of today’s health and beauty messages on children’s body image. This Cornell Elementary Parent Education Evening will take place at the Albany Middle School Library on Tuesday, 10/22 at 7:00 pm. Parents will hear about Body Positive's program, and learn practical tools to support their children in creating positive relationships with their bodies and self-care behaviors.
