AEF “SCOOPS FOR SCHOOLS”
It's time for the AEF "Scoops for Schools" ice cream social. The Albany Education Foundation invites the community to “Scoops for Schools” on Sunday, April 29th, 1 pm – 4 pm at the Albany Community Center (1249 Marin Ave). This event is an old fashioned ice cream social to thank the community for supporting the Albany Education Foundation. The Albany Education Foundation hopes that you can join us on Sunday for our annual FREE Ice Cream Social. Come listen to student music groups perform:
From 1:15 - 2 PM, the AMS Chamber Choir performs
From 1: 35 - 2 PM , Albany High " Vocal Soul" performs
From 2:15-3 PM , Albany High Jazz combos perform
There will be free ice cream and cookies. Come bid on some wonderful Silent Auction items, while you admire student art work . Many thanks to Matt and Marcie Wyss, of Serves You Right Catering, who have donated the ice cream and toppings! We welcome donations of cookies or brownies.
